Aleksandar Ilić

Energy Economics and Finance, Minot State University

Aleksandar Ilić graduated with an Energy Economics and Finance degree from Minot State University, with an intention to work on the financial side of the energy/natural resources industry. After getting some great professional experiences in the corporate world, Aleksandar decided to pivot and pursue one area in which he had a lot of interest, but no formal education in – geopolitics and international relations. Working for the Center for International Relations and Sustainable Development (CIRSD) was a promising way for him to do so.

His work at CIRSD consisted of analyzing various publications from the leading world experts and contributing to the promotion and introduction of their viewpoints and opinions on many global affairs through our institute. This provided Aleksandar an opportunity to be a part of the expansion of the international development and geopolitics field of work through a very professional, creative, and engaging environment.
