Anja Jević is the Managing Director of the Center for International Relations and Sustainable Development and the Head of the Future Leaders Program - one of the most prestigious and stimulating programs for young professionals in Southeast Europe.

She has been working for CIRSD since 2017 and is in charge of maintaining organizational effectiveness, finances, human resources, and business strategy planning. She has also worked for ETIAM Insights as a public policy advisor.

She holds a bachelor's degree in international relations from the Faculty of Political Sciences as well as a master's degree in Environmental Policy. She finished her studies as one of the best students in her class. She is currently a councilor in the Belgrade city assembly.
