H.E. Mr. Li Wei

H.E. Mr. Li Wei is Emeritus President (Minister) of the Development Research Center of the State Council of China. He has previously served as Director of the Premier’s Office, Deputy-Secretary of the CPC Central Financial Work Committee, Vice-Chairman of the China Banking Regulatory Commission, and Vice-Minister of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. Mr. Li has been involved in drafting a number of major documents of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, and helped formulate policy documents of a number of ministries and commissions.
