A high-ranking delegation of the China Institute of International Studies (CIIS), led by its Director of European Studies Dr. Cui Hongjian, was hosted by CIRSD President Vuk Jeremić in Belgrade.
The two delegations agreed to work together on a joint research project that will analyze the opportunities and challenges to deepening economic cooperation between China and Central and East European countries.
CIIS is the think tank of China's Ministry of Foreign Affairs. It conducts research and analysis on a wide range of international issues, focusing primarily on medium and long-term policy issues of strategic importance to China, particularly those concerning international politics and world economy.
